PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL SERVICES AND MAINTENANCE
We work with a skilled and fully qualified team of electricians and plumbers that provides services that include electrical and plumbing installations, leak detection and repairs, water proofing, storm water and drainage installation, bathroom design, planning, refurbishment, electrical compliance testing and electrical maintenance and repairs.
RIB & BLOCK AND IN SITU SLABS, AND RAFT FOUNDATIONS
The in-sitsu slab method used by Qualistone consists of casting the concrete into its form on site after erecting the form-work that covers the area that requires a slab, ensuring that the soffit of the slab is level and fixing the steel according to the engineering specification where after the concrete is cast.
The rib & block method used by Qualistone can be used for multi-story slabs, basement slabs and roof slabs and consists of high strength pre-stressed ribs, hollow-core or polystyrene blocks, Y- 10 rebar and Ref100 mesh.
STAIRS AND BALUSTRADES
Custom stair design & construction are included in the comprehensive list of offerings that Qualistone provides their customers. Our products include but is not limited to straight, circular, spiral, curved geometric, quarter/half/three-quarter and combination stairs constructed with materials and methods that include precast concrete, shutter & form-work, steel fabricated, stone, glass and timber.
BRICKWORK & ROOFING
Qualistone’s masons and roofers are skilled, safety conscious and experienced in the construction, repair and maintenance of internal and external walls including fireplaces, chimneys & built-in braais, and the erection and repair of all types of roofs.
SHOP-FITTING AND FINISHING WORK
Our in-house manufacturing facility gives us the flexibility to provide our customers with a comprehensive range of shop-fitting solutions, including shelving, partitioning, suspended ceilings. bulk heads, solid wood works and aluminum works, custom designed and manufactured cost-efficiently to meet your requirements.
